1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively to the United States. Shipping to other countries and regions is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options for U.S. orders:

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note that processing time is separate from the estimated shipping time.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to carrier operations, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to become available.

4. Customs & Import Fees

Orders may be subject to applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees. Any additional charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or you believe your package may be lost, please contact us at Ramidophilo@gmail.com with your order number.

We will review the tracking information and work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.
